Moda Group makes series of key appointments

Moda Group has made a number of key appointments across the business to support the expansion of its rental operations.

Craig Allden has joined as head of leasing from Quintain, where he spent four years overseeing the developer’s estate. Luke Scott, who worked on The Dorchester, Admiralty Arch and Jumeriah Carlton London hotels, has joined as a project director to support the delivery of Moda’s neighbourhoods across Edinburgh, Birmingham and London. 

Gabby Rhodes (pictured) has joined the business from Vita Group to lead the brand experience on Moda’s forthcoming student platform, Tarry Depledge has been appointed as Moda’s first dedicated ESG manager and David Sinclair has joined as head of technology.

Moda has also implemented two new senior management boards across development and operations which will work with the executive board to drive day to day performance and enhance corporate governance and reporting.
