Moda Group and Calthorpe Estates have submitted detailed proposals for a new neighbourhood in Edgbaston as part of the New Garden Square masterplan.
The designs feature a 37-storey building, which will provide 462 one-, two- and three-bedroom homes for rent with tenancies available for up to three years.
The building will also offer extensive amenity spaces, including a roof terrace, 24-hour gym, co-working space and resident lounges, along with 230 new cycle parking spaces.
The first phase of the masterplan at New Garden Square is currently under construction and will see 392 homes for rent available later this year.
