Montagu Evans has appointed lease advisory specialist Amy Bracey as a partner in its industrial and logistics team.
Bracey, who has more than 14 years’ experience in the industry, was previously a director in the business space lease advisory team at Colliers.
In her new role, she will join Montagu Evans’ national multi-let industrial and trade sub-team, working closely with partner Steve McDonald to run more than 200 trade parks nationally for institutional landlords.
In addition to working with existing clients, she will focus on securing new instructions, particularly with Montagu Evans’ clients in other areas and in her home patch of the South West.
