Landsec’s flexible workspace brand MYO has appointed flex experts Kontor to lease its new workspace at King’s Cross.
At 80,000 sq ft, MYO King’s Cross, which is due to open during the summer of 2025, is the brand’s largest workspace to date.
It will feature private offices ranging from 12 to 200 desks, many with private terraces, in addition to 30,000 sq ft of amenity space, including wellness rooms, a members-only gym, a top-floor lounge with terrace and a Grade II listed dedicated events venue with capacity for up to 200 people.
Kontor’s leasing team, which includes Paul Gold, Ben Orchard-Smith and Luke Parkinson, will use the company’s in-depth knowledge of the flex sector to advise the MYO team on the positioning, launch and leasing of the asset.

Designed by London-based SODA Studio, MYO King’s Cross will be the seventh in Landsec’s design-led flexible workspace offer.
