Build-to-rent (BTR) operator Native Residential has signed up to use MRI Software’s property management and accounting platform.
The company will roll out MRI Software’s MRI HorizonTM and MRI Contract Intelligence products across its 6,000 unit living portfolio and its 1m sq ft commercial portfolio.
The integration of MRI Contract Intelligence will enable Native Residential to leverage the product’s “advanced AI capabilities to abstract and structure data from lease documents, ultimately enhancing their client onboarding process”.
The implementation of Horizon will allow Native Residential to streamline all financial processing across residential and commercial into a single platform. The project is being run in conjunction with REdirect Consulting.
