Native Residential has won two new BTR mandates in Manchester and Durham. In Manchester, Cheyne Capital has appointed Native Residential to operate and manage Poplin, which will offer 144 one-, two- and three-bedroom rental apartments funded through Cheyne’s impact real estate strategy.
The scheme will open later this year and 35% of the homes are being offered to tenants at “meaningfully discounted rents” with capped rental increases.
Native Residential has also been appointed to operate and deliver The Gardens at Milburngate (pictured), part of a brand new 450,000 sq ft mixed-use development in the heart of Durham that has been developed in partnership by Arlington Real Estate and Richardson.
The scheme, which is set on the banks of the River Wear, comprises 153 apartments with amenities including rooftop terraces overlooking the city’s historic skyline.
