Newmark Group has recruited Charlie Seaton, William Laing and Daniel Rudd to join the company’s expanding national industrial and logistics team in the UK.
Seaton, who has 20 years’ experience, joins the company from Roebuck where he was head of asset management; Laing, who has seven years of experience, joins Newmark with a focus on UK market data analysis; and Rudd (pictured), who also has seven years’ experience, joins the company as senior associate.
Newmark appointed Charles Spicer as head of national industrial and logistics agency last year, signalling its intention to grow its specialist teams across the UK.
Spicer said: “Newmark is intent on bringing the best advisers operating in the industrial and logistics space to our clients, and our recent hires prove that our growth journey is set to continue. The industrial and logistics markets have been gaining momentum, and with our growing team of specialists and researchers, our company is well placed to capitalise on opportunities that arise.”
