Newmark has appointed Emily Roberton as joint head of its UK business rates practice with responsibility for strategy and business development.
Roberton, who has more than two decades of experience, joins Newmark from BNP Paribas Real Estate, where she served as senior director and national head of business rates.
In her new role, she will work alongside Simon Green and focus on client performance and operational excellence across Newmark’s national team of rating surveyors.
