NHS Shared Business Services has taken 5,415 sq ft of office space at RO Real Estate’s Waterside Place, situated on Southampton’s harbour front at Town Quay.
NHS has signed a nine-year lease on the second floor of the newly refurbished Building 3, leaving just 5,266 sq ft available on the first floor.
