Pentland Group (Pentland) has put the 10.35-acre Finchley Lakeside site in Finchley, North London, up for sale.
Following Pentland’s relocation to a new headquarters in Farringdon in 2024, the site is now available with vacant possession.
CBRE has been instructed to identify a development partner to deliver a residential‑led scheme on the site with initial capacity studies indicating the potential to deliver in the region of 550 new homes, alongside a mix of community, cultural and commercial uses at ground level.
