Homes England has put a residential development site in Morpeth, Northumberland, up for sale.
Phase two of the Cottingwood residential scheme, which is located approximately one mile north of Morpeth town centre, covers 8.43 acres and has the capacity for around 51 new homes.
The site forms part of the wider Cottingwood estate and offers the potential for further residential development in the future.
The fully serviced land already has outline planning consent and is available on a conditional freehold basis to low medium volume housebuilders.
