IM Properties has let a 47,000 sq ft building to Octopus Energy at Hinckley Park.
The renewable energy company intends to use the facility as a storage and distribution facility for custome orders of heat pumps and solar panels. It will also act as a national training centre for installation engineers.
The unit, which has been delivered to EPC A and BREEAM Excellent ratings, is one of three units in the final phase of development at Hinckley Park. Work on the final speculatively built unit to be constructed at Hinckley Park – Hinckley 340 – is due to complete in early 2024.
