Law firm Shoosmiths has appointed Richard Lomax from DWF as a real estate investment partner.
Lomax, who has more than 20 years’ experience advising clients on investment acquisitions and sales, development and ongoing asset management, specialises in advising on high value investment and portfolio transactions, managing full lifecycle assets and coordinating national delivery.
