Options Greathire has signed for an additional 20,000 sq ft of industrial space at SEGRO Park North Feltham.
The provider of luxury event furnishings already occupies an adjacent 30,400 sq ft unit at the West London site. The deal takes SEGRO Park North Feltham’s occupancy rate to 97%.
