Flexible workspace provider Orega has entered into a 10-year management agreement on 26,000 sq ft of Grade A office space at Broad Gate in Leeds.
The 300,000 sq ft mixed-use development, which is located in the heart of Leeds city centre, is owned by NW UK Broadgate and managed by HKIP.
