Tamworth-based Housebuilder Owl Partnerships has appointed Warren Bolton as the company’s new managing director.
Bolton has more than 20 years’ experience in the affordable housing sector and previously held roles at the likes of Lovell, Barratt and Keon Homes.
Bolton said: “I’ve built my career by creating long-lasting, mutually-beneficial partnerships with clients, suppliers and colleagues, and believed this approach would fit well with the Owl ethos. Owl is ambitious. We aspire to be the most sought-after SME provider of housing in the Midlands and beyond, delivering 1,000 new homes a year.
