Oxenwood has let a 70,586 sq ft warehouse at Power Park, Nottingham, to DiversiTech International on a 15-year lease.
Power Park, which is part of the established Lenton Lane industrial area, is situated just off Thane Road/A52 and offers links to the A453 dual carriageway, providing easy access to Junction 24 of the M1 south and Junction 25 of the M1 north.
There is only one Grade A unit of 44,398 sq ft left to let at the park. The self-contained Unit 4 offers dock and level access loading, 10m eaves and 575kVA of power.
