Strategic placemaking leasing agency P-Three has appointed Julia Wilkinson from Shaftesbury Capital as restaurant and placemaking consultant.
Wilkinson spent 28 years at Shaftesbury as restaurant director where she oversaw the stewardship and curation of the company’s assets in Carnaby, Covent Garden, Chinatown and Soho and played a pivotal role in transforming areas such as Kingly Court, Chinatown, Seven Dials and Fitzrovia into culinary hubs.
At P-Three, Julia will work as a consultant alongside a portfolio of other independent consultancy roles advising landlords, trusts and occupiers.
