Packaged Living has appointed Richard Johnson as an independent board adviser.
Johnson, who has nearly 40 years’ real estate experience, has previously held numerous listed board positions both in an executive and non-executive capacity with company’s such as Shangri La Malaysia, CDL HREIT and Raimon Land.
In his new role, he will provide the Packaged Living board with additional insight to support the growth of key strategic capital partnerships and wider business development strategies.
Johnson said: “It is a privilege to be asked to help both in further cementing Packaged Living’s position as the leading vertically integrated living specialist in the UK and in supporting the group in expanding the platform into European markets.
