Padrock has let a 17,700 sq ft unit at its £95m Dagenham Logistics Hub development on an eight-year lease to tool trade retailer ITS.
Dagenham Logistics Hub, which is strategically located between the A12 and A13 East London arterial roads, comprises 14 new leasehold industrial and warehouse units ranging from 6,550 sq ft to 34,825 sq ft.
All of the units at the development have received BREEAM Excellent and EPC A+ ratings and feature PV panels, air source heat pumps, EV charging points and low air permeability design.
