Hillwood has secured planning consent for the circa 284,575 sq ft Hillwood Park Luton industrial and logistics development.
Located off the M1 at J11A, just minutes from London Luton Airport, Hillwood Park will comprise eight units ranging from 14,251 sq ft to 79,975 sq ft.
The units will incorporate energy efficient design and will be fitted with EV charging infrastructure. Hillwood is targeting BREEAM Excellent ratings for the units.
The company has appointed Glencar to manage the build and to progress the scheme through the next phases of detailed design and delivery.
