Panattoni has appointed logistics real estate veteran Nick Preston as head of the newly created Panattoni Investment Management.
Preston was previously CEO of Tritax EuroBox and also enjoyed stints at Grosvenor Fund Management and CBRE Investment Management.
In his new role, he will report into Robert Dobrzycki, CEO and co-owner of Panattoni Europe and India, and will form discretionary pools of capital with longer investment horizons, supplementing the company’s existing investor base.
