PATRIZIA has secured planning consent for the repositioning of 108 Old Broad Street in the City of London.
The office building, which is owned by PATRIZIA’s long-standing partner Far East Organisation, was built in 1993 and was formerly known as Pinners Hall.
The redevelopment comprises new upper-level extensions, including a seventh floor pavilion and expansive landscaped terrace, upgraded amenities and a fully electric, smart-enabled services strategy.
The project will deliver around 15% more net lettable area, increasing the amount of space available to approximately 120,000 sq ft. Construction is scheduled to begin in Q1 2026 and complete in Q2 2027.
