Urban planning consultancy Hybrid Planning & Development has recruited two new team members and made one promotion.
Elaine Lau and Sajjad Dar have joined as a graduate planner and planner respectively and Nickolai Rutherford has been promoted to planner.
Danielle St Pierre, director and co-founder of Hybrid, said: “Our business has performed strongly in the last couple of years, with notable project successes including the completion of Munveer House, Ilford, within the Crossrail corridor; securing a trio of approvals in Wych Elm, Harlow, igniting the town centre’s masterplan; and change of use applications in Newham, Brixton and Leicester that will reinvigorate urban neighbourhoods with new homes and businesses.
“This positive performance meant the timing was right to take these important steps, strengthening both our team and our environment. Elaine and Sajjad offered the right mix of energy and experience and have both fitted in seamlessly, while Nickolai has proven to be an emerging talent. With the new office now fully operational, we’re confident we have the right premises and people to achieve further success.”
The firm recently relocated from its original office in Hackney, East London, to a restored former warehouse near London Bridge.
