Linear Living has submitted plans for a 24-storey residential block in Manchester’s Green Quarter.
The proposals for the site, which will provide 251 new homes, include four townhouses and seven homes adaptable for residents with additional needs, such as wheelchair users.
The AEW Architects-designed ‘One Lord Street’ scheme will regenerate a long-vacant site bounded by Cheetham Hill Road, Lord Street and Fernie Street. The site previously held retail and commercial units fronting Cheetham Hill Road, which have been partially demolished.
