A planning application has been submitted to deliver 425 new build-to-rent (BTR) homes on a brownfield site at the Cambridge North Residential Quarter.
The development is being brought forward by blocwork, a joint venture between Platform4 – Network Rail’s property development company – and partnership developer bloc. Grainger will forward fund the scheme and manage the development once complete.
The scheme, which will be built on a disused plot of railway land opposite Cambridge North station, will also include community spaces and amenities for residents.
