Bicester Motion has unveiled plans to deliver an additional circa 1m sq ft of offices and technical workspace at the 444-acre former RAF site.

The new enhanced masterplan for the site also includes approximately 200 one- to three-bedroom new and affordable apartments and a hotel.

Bicester Motion has previously secured a number of major planning consents bringing the total area of active business space and consents to circa 1m sq ft. More than £100m has already been invested to re-purpose the estate, which is home to more than 50 companies.
