PLP has pre-let a 137,000 sq ft unit at PLP Bessemer Park in Sheffield to Dormole.
More than a third of phase two has been let at the park prior to the completion of construction and there are now only two units of 97,000 sq ft and 294,000 sq ft available.
All of the units have been built in accordance with the UK Green Building Council’s carbon net zero standard.
