Premier Foods has signed for 6,917 sq ft off office space on the first floor of One St James’s Square in Manchester on a 10-year lease.
The building, which comprises five floors, offers a range of refurbished, fully-fitted and Cat A space, with suites available from 2,300 sq ft to a full floor of 6,900 sq ft.
One St James’s Square has recently undergone a comprehensive communal refurbishment programme to provide upgrades to all common areas.
George Cohen, senior surveyor at LSH, which acted for Premier Foods on the letting, said: “It was a pleasure to work with Premier Foods to understand their workplace needs and form their workplace strategy within Manchester City Centre. Having moved away from serviced space, One St James’s Square ultimately represented a perfect solution to their needs and has allowed Premier to create a bespoke space within a great building.”
