TT Group has put the freehold of a circa £50m GDV industrial development site in Croydon on the market.
The company has secured planning permission to develop up to 115,000 sq ft of flexible industrial space on the 4.6-acre site on Horatius Way, which previously housed 50,000 sq ft of outdated industrial accommodation.

Having secured outline planning consent, we now look forward to finding a buyer to take forward this rare development opportunity.”
Turley acted as planning consultants for TT Group and Newmark has been instructed to sell the site.
