TSS Property has secured planning consent to build a 30-storey tower comprising 218 residential units in Preston.
Designed by David Cox Architects, the proposed scheme, which has been branded Altura, will be located near the Harris Quarter, between Lords Walk and Carlisle Street in Preston city centre.
The development will also feature 6,700 sq ft of commercial and office space, a communal lounge and gym and new public realm.
