T&M Real Estate has let 3,601 sq ft at Four Hardman Street in Spinningfields, Manchester, to LGT Wealth Management.
The company has signed for part of the seventh floor on a 10-year lease and joins existing tenants Prosperity Law, Enspec Power, HGF, Sacco Mann and UBS.
Fully refurbished space is still available to let on the third and fourth floors of the 10-storey, Grade A office building.
