Prologis UK has pre-let a 74,770 sq ft unit in Hemel Hempstead to aviation industry consumables supplier Aerospheres.
The company has committed to 10-year lease at DC9 Prologis Park Hemel Hempstead, which is located near the M1 and M25 motorways. The facility is currently under construction and will serve as a new operational hub for the business.
Further units, ranging in size from 20,860 sq ft to 66,735 sq ft, are currently available at Prologis Park Hemel Hempstead.
