Puma Property Finance has announced a series of new hires and promotions as it continues to expand its UK business.
Louise Peters, who has more than 15 years’ experience in the banking and property sector, joins Puma from Investec and will be responsible for writing new business and managing aspects of the company’s growing loan book.
Rahul Malde, who joined Puma in 2020 from Hermes Investment Management having previously worked in Nationwide’s commercial real estate finance division, has been promoted to senior manager in the lending team.
And Sarah Miline, who joined Puma in 2019 and previously worked for specialist mezzanine development finance lender The Property Box Company, has also been promoted to senior manager in the Puma lending team.
