SEGRO and St George have let 1,700 sq ft to Panmedica Medical Distribution at the multi-storey SEGRO V-Park Grand Union in Alperton, North West London.
The life sciences company will occupy floor five of the six-storey urban logistics development and is the second tenant to take space at V-Park Grand Union since its completion in April last year, joining an unnamed automation and robotics company.
