US-based quantum computing start-up TreQ has taken a new 3,000 sq ft production facility at MEPC’s Milton Park on a five-year lease.
The company intends to build its first quantum computer under the TreQ brand at the new facility in 2025.
Mandy Birch, CEO of TreQ, said: “The entire Milton Park team were wonderful, from Tom and his team to the Bee House staff. They helped us find the space we needed, made us feel welcome, and worked with us every step of the way. We could not have had a better move-in experience.”
Tom Booker, MEPC Milton Park’s commercial manager, added: “We’re delighted to welcome TreQ to Milton Park.
