Rapleys has appointed partner Natasha Bray as head of neighbourly matters.
Bray has been at Rapleys for more than eight years and was made partner and head of neighbourly matters for London in 2023. In her new national role, she has been given a mandate to grow the team with several appointments to be announced imminently.
Bray said: “The Rapleys business has evolved and grown continuously, particularly in the last four years. I am extremely excited to take on the leadership role and be empowered to grow the team across the UK. We have two new appointments to announce soon with further expansion to follow.
“Developers are fast realising that engaging with experts on crucial issues like daylight and sunlight, rights to light and party walls too late is costly and damaging and, in the current viability crisis, needs thinking about from day one to avoid potential litigation.”
