Rapleys has strengthened its residential division with the appointment of Sam Graham as a residential development agency partner.
Graham, who has more than 25 years of experience, joins from BNP Paribas Real Estate where he was head of South East land agency. Prior to that, he served as head of land at Redrow and head of development agency at Cluttons.
In his new role, he will work in Rapleys’ living and development agency team and will specialise in land acquisitions and disposals across the South East.
Angus Irvine, head of Rapleys’ living and development land agency, said: “Unlocking land and determining its best use is crucial with the drive for housing (and other development) delivery. Rapleys works with both private and public sector landowners to advise on exactly this, as part of our full-service residential division which brings together landowners, housebuilders and consultants to drive development forwards. Sam brings with him 25 years’ experience working both client and consultancy side and, as such, has a vast network and unique perspective in addition that will be hugely valuable to Rapleys and our new and existing clients.”
Graham added: “Rapleys has strong ambition and reputation within the residential and development consultancy sector together with a growth mandate built around focusing on its people and delivering for clients. I am hugely motivated to become a key part of the business’s growth story and in leveraging combined skills and networks as soon as possible to help unlock development across the South East and wider UK.”
