Redevco has appointed Josh Tyler from M7 as a senior asset manager in its UK team.
Tyler, who has more than a decade of experience in the retail sector, spent around five years primarily working in retail warehousing at M7. Prior to that, he held roles at CSP Retail and Rapleys. In his new role, he will work across Redevco’s retail park and logistics portfolio.
Deborah Green, head of asset and transaction management at Redevco UK, said: “Josh is an experienced asset manager and his appointment underscores our continued focus on strengthening our capabilities in areas of the market that align with our portfolio objectives. We warmly welcome him to Redevco, and look forward to drawing upon his expertise, notably following our acquisition of our 16-strong UK retail park portfolio at the end of 2024.”
