Resolution Property has appointed Wenlin Liu as investment management analyst.
Liu has more than seven years of experience in real estate investment and analysis and previously held roles at Global Student Accommodation (GSA), KW Insights and Fusion Students.
In her new role, Liu will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed financial models, supporting valuation processes and analysing the performance of existing assets.
She will work closely with Resolution’s acquisitions and asset management teams to optimise portfolio performance and contribute to strategic decision making across both asset management and investment activities.
