Retail marketing firm Array UK has signed for the 17,077 sq ft Dock 4 office building at the Dock 3-5 workspace development in Leicestershire.
The scheme, which opened in October last year, is part of the Space City Enterprise Zone and is located next to the National Space Centre and Leicester University’s research and development campus.
Leicester city mayor, Sir Peter Soulsby, said: “I’m delighted to welcome this award-winning business – Array UK – to join the mix of other innovative businesses in our latest Dock workspace. Achieving 40% occupancy in just nine months is a testament to the quality of serviced workspace that is being offered here.”

Dock 3-5 is owned and run by Leicester City Council. Brackley Property Developments served as development partner on the scheme and construction was carried out by Wilten Construction.
