CBRE has appointed James Tootle from Bruntwood as a director in its Northern retail team.
Tootle spent 10 years at Bruntwood where he served as head of retail and leisure for town centres and consumer brands at Bruntwood Works.
In his new role, he will join CBRE’s Northern retail team which covers the firm’s Manchester, Liverpool and Leeds offices, and is led by Stephen Proudley, head of Northern retail.
