Built environment consultancy Ridge has appointed six new equity partners

The new equity partners are: Rennie Dalrymple, head of data centres; Chris Taylor, head of defence and security; David Pope, partner, expert witness services; James Milne-Smith, partner, cost management; Nicky Dixey, director of people and culture; and Julie Guppy, director of marketing and communications

Adrian O’Hickey, senior partner at Ridge, said: “This is a great moment for Ridge, and I couldn’t be prouder to welcome these six exceptional people into the equity partner group. Each one of them brings something unique – deep sector expertise, creative thinking, commercial drive, and a genuine commitment to our people-first culture.

“These appointments are not just about recognising individual talent but about investing in the future of Ridge. We’re growing in the right way – strategically, sustainably, and always with a focus on delivering excellence for our clients and creating opportunity for all. With this group helping to lead the charge, I’m confident we’ll continue to make our mark in the market, evolve how we operate, and show the world just how special Ridge really is.”
