Ringley Group has launched a new branded asset management and operations platform focused on the living sectors called Una Living.
Una Living will manage an initial portfolio of 1,700 BTR units on behalf of institutional investors and is actively seeking more BTR, co-living, PBSA and senior housing asset management and operating mandates in the UK and Europe.
The seven-strong senior Una Living team will be led by Ringley Group CEO Mary-Anne Bowring (pictured).
