Industrial automation and control products distributor Routeco has pre-let a 72,411 sq ft warehouse from developer Hampton Brook in Buckinghamshire.
Routeco has signed a 20-year lease on the Grade A warehouse and office headquarters building, which is currently under construction at Shenley Wood in Milton Keynes. The company intends to consolidate three existing Milton Keynes sites into one headquarters.
Hampton Brook is also delivering a 71,810 sq ft unit at the site comprising a 65,551 sq ft warehouse and 6,259 sq ft office space. Both units are being built to achieve BREEAM Excellent and an EPC A+ rating.

The company was keen to remain close to its roots in the city where it already has three premises.
