Runway East has agreed a 15-year deal with K&K Properties on circa 22,000 sq ft of workspace at Corinthian House in London’s West End.
The Grade II listed building, which is located opposite Centre Point, is a former department store built in 1929 by Harry Wilson, chief architect for Burton’s department stores.
The corner site will be transformed to provide private offices for two to 30 people and feature more than 20 meeting rooms and phone booths, and a roof terrace.

We’re starting 2026 on the right foot, it is a sign of things to come for us as we continue to grow across London and the UK.
