Runway East has signed for 26,500 sq ft of flexible workspace at K&K Property Holdings’ Endeavour House at 189 Shaftesbury Avenue in London.
The operator has entered into a 15-year agreement on the site, which will provide offices for teams of four to 40 people. The site also features a ground floor member lounge with ‘pitch ready’ meeting rooms.
