Savills has made a flurry of promotions across its Manchester and Cheshire offices.
Shaun O’Shea, Andrew Cooke, Emma Guest (pictured), Matt Reynolds and Spencer Manuel have all been promoted to director level.
In addition, six team members have been promoted to associate director, 11 have been promoted to associate and one person has been promoted to senior staff.
The company has promoted people across a range of different teams including residential, lettings, business space, development and property management.
