Savills has appointed Nick Sanderson as group chief financial officer and executive director.
Sanderson (pictured), who most recently served as chief financial officer and chief financial and operating officer at Great Portland Estates (GPE), is due to join the business in spring next year.
Earlier in his career, he was a partner and head of real estate corporate finance advisory at Deloitte and a managing director at Nomura.
Sanderson will take on the role of group chief financial officer from Simon Shaw, who becomes group chief executive officer from 1 January 2026 when current group chief executive officer Mark Ridley retires.
Savills has also appointed Susie Bell from Vistry Group to the new role of investor relations director.
Shaw said: “I very much look forward to welcoming Nick and Susie to Savills. Nick has an impressive and extensive track record in both the public and private real estate sector and will be a great partner for me and the broader management team as we drive the next stage of the group’s development.”
