Savills has appointed Alan Bennett as a director in the company’s healthcare and senior living team.
Bennett, who has more than 20 years of experience in the valuation of trading operational entities and commercial property, with 18 years spent exclusively working in the healthcare market, was most recently a director in JLL’s healthcare team.
In his new role, Bennett, who previously worked in Savills’ healthcare team for five years from 2006, will focus on valuations work within the company’s operational capital markets division.
